Property Inspections
Routine inspections are conducted regularly on a bi-annual basis followed by a detailed written report with extensive photos of the condition of the property including any maintenance advice, ensuring the quality of the property is being maintained.

Reported and approved maintenance is carried out by experienced professional tradespeople. All contractors are ABN registered and carry appropriate public liability cover.

Monthly statements are prepared itemising all income and expenditure for the period.
